Select your mail application in your phone

Go to SETTINGS

Select Add Account

Select Add Other Account

Add your email account and password (exmple@domain.com)

Select Manual Setup

Select Account Type: IMAP Account

 

SERVER SETTINGS

Email address: enter your email address

Username: enter your email address again

Password: enter the assigned password to this email address

 

INCOMING SERVER

IMAP server: mail.domain.com (substitute domain with your website name)

Security type: None

Port: 143

Click Next

 

OUTGOING SERVER

SMTP Server: mail.domain.com (substitute domain with your website name)

Security type: None

Port: 25

Click Next

 

AUTHENTICATION

Username: enter your email address again

Password: enter the assigned password to this email address

Click Next

 

Period to sync Email: Select All Time

Sync schedule: Select Auto (When received)

Account Name: enter your email address

Your Name: Type your name

Click Done
